New York Times Sunday Letter: Judicial Ethics on the Supreme Court

Soon, Louise will be introducing legislation in the House of Representatives to apply the binding Code of Conduct for United States Judges to the Supreme Court.  Currently, the Code of Conduct for United States Judges applies to every federal judge except the nine members of the highest court in the land.
